When you have completed your order, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about the products you ordered, the prices, billing and delivery address. Documentation and guidance
If product descriptions and directions come with the product, these will be enclosed with the delivery from FashionGirl24.com. If you want more information or advice from FashionGirl24, this will only be of the guiding kind. FashionGirl24 is responsible for the products meeting the standards of CE marking.
Delivery and transportation
Delivery of products from FashionGirl24 are considered completed when the customer has received the product. Estimated delivery in Denmark is 1-3 days, Sweden and Norway 2-4 days and the rest of Europe 2-6 days.
When the products have been delivered the responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer.
If the customer notices any defects or mistakes in the delivery from FashionGirl24 the complaint should be made within a reasonable period (5 days) after the detection and as fast as possible. It is up to the customer to show and point out what the defect or mistake is. If you notice a defect or something is wrong with your delivery please contact info@FashionGirl24.com as soon as possible. You can only make a complaint on defects that appear within 2 years after delivery. For products with limited durability, the possibility to make a complaint is restricted by the durability time that FashionGirl24.com has stated.
Prices and payment
On FashionGirl24.com you can order your products online and pay through Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, and JCB. All prices include VAT.
The freight is free of charge within Europe for all customers.
Right of Return
You have a 14-day period in which to return your purchase from the day you receive your products. You are responsible for returning the products in substantially the same condition and amount as it was when received. The customer pays any and all charges for the return freight.
