PAYMENT

Oak Hair (Holmegruppen ApS) accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank Transfer, Paylater. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

DELIVERY

Oak Hair (Holmegruppen ApS) aims to ship orders received before 17:00 the same day, orders thereafter are shipped the next business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 49 kr. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address given when ordering unless otherwise agreed.
We do not deliver to foreign countries (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland). Your goods can be sent by PostNord.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain items. These conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2 year warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. Oak Hair (Holmegruppen ApS) will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept COD shipments.

REFUSAL

In case of refund, please include bank details in the form of reg.no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided by email or other electronic means without risk, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.

RETURNS

There is a 60-day full return policy on goods purchased from our webshop.
The period counts from the day;

– Where you receive the order.
– Receives the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
– Receives the last lot or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
– The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be given by email to info@oakhair.com. In the notification you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the goods to us, please fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the goods to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
– sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and where the seal has been broken after delivery
– Goods which, because of their nature, become inextricably mixed with others on delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services provided, where the provision of the service has started with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
– the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal
– Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription contracts for such publications.
– Contracts concluded by public auction.
– Goods which deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly.

RETURNING

You must return your order without undue delay and within 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package. Shipping will be faster if you also complete and attach our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

CONDITION OF GOODS ON RETURN

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.

REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid to us.
In the event of depreciation for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return by then.

HOW TO COMPLAIN

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Centre for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Centre for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal of the House of Representatives.
